PLEASE NOTE: Pricing is for services only (excluding A La Carte Menu) which includes a comprehensive initial consultation, lab interpretation, treatment plans, and all necessary follow-up visits which can be either virtual or in-office. The cost for hormones in the hormone replacement therapy programs and lab work are a separate cost, outlined below.
Women's Services

Hormone Replacement $400/quarter
• Includes management of estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, vitamin D, and thyroid as clinically indicated. We monitor symptom relief and work towards improved cardiovascular, metabolic, and cancer risk factors and commonly recommend other supplements including DHEA, melatonin, etc. This price does not include the cost of the hormones. Pricing for each hormone is set by the pharmacy and varies from $8 to $45 per month depending on the hormone and the dose.
Men's Services

Testosterone Replacement $400/quarter
• Includes management of testosterone, hCG (as needed), thyroid, DHEA, melatonin, and other important aspects of men's health and wellness. Typically reserved for men 35 years and older who have signs and symptoms of low testosterone. Testosterone can be abused; we do not prescribe it for those who use it for bodybuilding/cosmetic purposes.
Semaglutide Weight Loss Program

• Includes consultation and 2 follow-up visits, medication, and supplies. Refills are $455 for a 3mL vial and $675 for a 5mL vial. Please see link below for more information.

The total cost for the initial comprehensive labwork is $75.00. We have highly discounted labs through Labcorp and your labs will be drawn with no Draw-Fee at any Labcorp 'Patient Service Center' that collects Routine Labwork.
Follow-Up labwork is typically less comprehensive and thus at lower cost. Labwork is typically needed 3-5 times during the first year while your doses are established. Once levels are optimized and your symptoms are addressed, labs can be drawn as infrequently as once or twice yearly.
